Shipping Policy

 

Jimmy Wallace Guitars offers shipping to all lower 48 states. Shipping for International orders is by special arrangement only, and service is not guaranteed for any destination outside of the contiguous 48 states.

 

Orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. Actual shipping time will vary based on product availability, the limitations of the selected carrier and the normal operating days and hours of the physical location of the Jimmy Wallace Guitars store. Tracking information will be provided when possible and communication lines will remain open for all customers expecting deliveries.

Jimmy Wallace Guitars provides the service of arranging insurance for most items shipped, however, the insurance purchased is the property of the buyer and claims or actions must be initiated and managed by the buyer. Unless specifically arranged otherwise, Jimmy Wallace Guitars will not be responsible for any item damaged in shipping, or by any other act of God while in transit.
