Warranty

Jimmy Wallace Guitars warranties each item to be delivered as described in the product listing, and to function as described, and as would reasonably be expected of any identical product. No other warranties, written or implied, or of any kind are in effect or will be in effect without specific arrangement by Jimmy Wallace Guitars.

Return Policy

Upon receipt of a completed Return Authorization request, approval and issuance of a Return Authorization code, Jimmy Wallace Guitars will honor a 5 day return period. Items returned during this period are subject to 100 percent refund upon timely return, item inspection and final approval. Items of high value may be subject to extended return windows, however these windows are by specific arrangement only and are not guaranteed. All shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless specifically arranged otherwise in advance.

property including associated art, styling and monikers in this or any Jimmy Wallace Guitars Web site or print media.
